Toyota is really good about cross platform swaps. Really good.
When the time comes there's all sorts of performance type upgrades to be done.....all from your local junkyard.
There's a kat here in town that runs the same 3 door bodystyle in autocross and rally cross events. He's running something like 220hp and all factory bits. Celica power and brakes etc.......
