Does anyone out there have an idea of what it will cost to replace an Ohio Cafe Racers aluminum tank? I have emailed them and have not received a reply.

define replace.

do you have an original that you want copied? is the original damaged and needs to be repaired? if you have an original, or the measurements, i have the tools to do it, but the price would depend on what you need done

Those tanks are around $800-$1000 new, if you can find one.

a reasonable price for a tank like that new would be around 800-1000$, considering it takes a while to do it right, and the cap isn't cheap. used, a fair price would be whatever the person owning it will let it go for, if you have a motivated seller, then you might get a real steal, it's hard to tell

He was selling them for $1,000+ options last year but he told me early this spring he has none left and will not make anymore at any price. Good luck finding a used one.
