A for effort and lots of nice bits, but the total package leaves me wondering what it looked like on paper. The exaust could be a lot better, and there's too much seat.

Chop a few inches off the top of the tank, lose the triangular bits hanging down from the seat, make a curvier exaust that wraps around the cylinders vs. going under everything and then maybe (without the textured paint). And stock carbs?

And if you're going through all that effort, it would seem the engine could be dressed up a bit. Think I'd do black wheels too.

Yeah yeah, everyone's a critic ;)

the talent of the builder is far beyond my own but definetly not my taste.

Id get a smaller tank, chop up that seat, different exhaust, get a smaller battery (if not ditch it altogether). either cut down the swingarm or extend the seat a bit.

change the paint and pickup the copper on the fork with some other copper details, im thinking rearsets and that polished piece on the swingarm. definetly could jazz up that engine a bit.

It takes a combination of skills and vision to build a good bike. The builder has skiils but no vision so it's only half a success. A cool build but a real eyesore at the same time. The old and new don't mix in this bike.

I cant believe you guys are FLAMING my first attempt at a custom bike!!... ;D..

just kidding...

Interesting indeed....However....I'd just keep moving along to the next bike on display, shrugging my shoulders and forgetting that I ever saw that one behind the velvet rope....

Modern front end, single sided swingarm, extended, rearsets... Nice.

The exhaust kills it though. The seat would just need to lose the triangle pieces to be cool (and a pad to sit on).

My $.02

just change the tank and seat and you might have something nice, imho. amazing how simple lines can make or break a bike...
