Been Around the Block
Hi, I'm Kosmoto and I'm a desk-jockey software architect by trade, but I really enjoy customizing and restoring old bikes. So far it has only been Honda twins, but I have a CB750 waiting for its turn.

I got my first bike (a 1968 CB160) 40 years ago at age 16. I rebuilt that engine just to learn how to do it.

At 20 I got a 1963 CB77 which I "restored" on a college kid's budget. I still have the CB77 and I re-restored it in 2012 (with a slightly better budget.)
In '79 I bought a new CB750F from Hondatown in Minneapolis where I'm originally from. I later traded that in on a new '83 VF750F Interceptor that I had until about 4 years ago.

I basically quit riding and working on bikes for about 30 years and then in 2012 got re-bit by the bug. That's when I re-restored the CB77 and when that was done decided to try my had at a cafe or brat or restomod. So I bought a basket-case CB360 and spent over 3 years on/off working on it. That build is described in the "Cafe Interruptus" thread because I stopped and started on it so many times.

I will be creating a build thread for my 1972 CB450 Brat-style as well as for my 1977 CB750K restomod.
I have contributed with a few (hopefully helpful) answers over the last few years and hope to do more. This is a great forum and I enjoy reading about what others are doing and borrowing an idea or two along the way.
