SORRY, SORRY, What I meant was aesthetically speaking, and you are correct, a '69 bonneville is not a late 70's bike, I wasn't aware we were going to get into semantics or my original post would have been different.
 
Truly no offense taken or meant in my posts. I was just commenting that I saw it a bit differently. Eye of the beholder and all that...
