Thought I'd share my seat for those who want to carry a passenger and still obtain that bubble hump look.
I made the main part of the seat by carving a mold out of florist foam, covering it with metal tape and then fiber glassing over top. To create the removable seat cover/cowl I did the same thing.
The seat cover is secured to the rear passenger section by 4 strong magnets. The 4 magnets are siliconed underneath the seat cover and there is another 4 magnets underneath the vinyl of the rear passenger seat. The cover snaps into place once the magnets are lined up. You can see the 4 magnets underneath the rear vinyl in the photos below, the majority of the time the seat cover is on.
