Can somebody explain how to bench test the points on a CB175? Long story short, I'm not getting spark to the plugs and want to rule out the points.

heres the shop manual, idk what bench test means i just test them on the bike to see if they open and you should be able to see a tiny blue spark jump the points gap. if it jumps that then could be fouled plugs.
if i had to blind guess though, assuming your battery is charged, it may be a faulty condensor(s) or your points aren't fully closing in the cycle.
