Possible help with internet issue?

Okay, this is the problem. I use a web hosting company called Serrahost.

This past week I noticed I couldn't open the login page for my email, then I noticed I couldn't open their homepage.

I contacted them by phone and email and they say everything is normal. My wife and I tried every device at home and she tried at work and a few other people tried locally and the page wont open. I also noticed if I google serrahost no links come up for their homepage. So it would appear that google identified them as dead links. If I search on Bing or Yahoo the links are there but they time out and don't open the same as my bookmarks.

I thought with the widespread membership here maybe a few people from other areas could try to open these pages.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't know what is wrong. I had my sisters in OH and KY try it and they can't open them either.

I've tried it on different devices and browsers with no luck. My mother tried it and she has cable internet with Comcast where we have Verizon DSL. Didn't work for her either. I am trying to find some common denominator. The hosting company wants me to do a tcp trace route but I didn't get to far with that.
 
It doesn't work for me, I also tried a couple of random dns lookup pages and it doesn't show up there either.. seems like there dns entry expired, if it did it takes time for the records to propagate so some people would still be able to find it..

Yeah, that's what I thought it might be but I hunted around and it looks like the domain is registered into 2016. It's good to see it not working for others. Their tech support acted like I was crazy.
