Are they a taper bore or parallel and do they match a stock 160 head? They do look really nice.

They are straight taper. They port match to a stock head but I left a little meat to slow any hand porting to oversized intake ports.

I'll show you in the thread. It's .118" thick and forms with a heat gun, so conforming to my seat shape will be easy, especially where it curls up in the back. It'll be the base with foam attached and covered.

That's an awesome idea. A great alternative to fiberglass for simple contours. What's the best way to cut it?

You can liquid hone them, or use acid.

I just buy new ones. They're cheap enough to not bother with resharpening them.

I will verify versions for the CB160, CB175 and CB200. I have each of those engines on hand. Those may also fit the single-cylinder Hondas but I don't have any to check.

Everyone using Keihin PE22 or PE24 carbs?
 
Hopefully this will allow me to shift the GL with a fused ankle. I haven't been able to get the bike upright to try and shift it but from what I read it will be easier with the heal toe shifter so I grabbed this off the bay for 40 bucks, Ended up being $57 CAD shit exchange is crap right now.
