Major jealous. That's a bucket list bike. Unfortunately all the ones I find that are remotely in my price range are pretty clapped out.

Where are you located? My buddy has one that has been supermoto converted but in nice shape that he does not want anymore and is willing to get rid of it for a good price.

This followed me home on Saturday...
2002 Jeep TJ 4.0L 5spd. 3" lift on 33's
As delivered.

After a "Quick Clean" to get the chunks of mud out of the top, seats, and floor.

And tooling around in the park on Sunday.

Came with a spare top, full set of brand new fender flares, half cover, and an assortment of spare top parts. Needs a little TLC, but she's mostly set up the way I want.
Changed the engine oil and diff fluids Sunday morning. She'll get the winch un-ratsnested, a deep clean and the new flares installed this weekend.

Thanks. Worked out great, as after the purchase and paperwork was all done, I had enough left from the sale of the truck to pay the toll to cross the lake and buy a really nice lunch :D
Now the biggest adjustment for me will be allowing it to just be dirty sometimes :p

Nice - another GL to swell the ranks! I also picked one up last week so I'll be interested to see what direction you take with yours. Ganbatte!

Picked up a newer dirt toy. Took the wife offroading for the first time, her on a trx125 and me on a 79 xl75. The XL is fun with the 120 kit and cam, but it's small and the suspension just isn't up to my 180lb self on a trail. So I picked up this 08 ktm 250 sx-f. I ordered a spark arrestor/94db baffle for it already. So after another trip or 2 I'll be on the lookout for an atv with suspension for the wife.

I just went through this with my wife. She ended up with a new TW200 and I got a DRZ. You guys will have tons of fun.

Oh yeah, the little trx did a good job and has an auto clutch so it isn't overwhelming to her. 2 wheels won't work as she can barely balance a bicycle. After another trip or 2 I'll be looking for a 250-400 automatic quad for her. But for starting the trx does the job. The little XL just isn't big enough for an adult to do much on. But it'll wheelie whenever you want.
