wrenching in the bad oil garage
Hi Fellow Cafe Builders, So as I have been working on my cafe resto / mod CL350 I found myself making lists of parts needed or TO DO lists and such over and over again. It came to me that maybe having an organized notebook to keep track of things would be helpful. I then decided that others out there might benefit from such a notebook as well. So I have put together a 34 page 8.5 by 5.5 inch ring bound notebook to record or plan a custom build project (or restoration, or even just to record minor modifications to one's bike). I am calling the notebook the "Bike-Builder" project notebook. I had a friend help me with design and getting some printed and have some to sell. Having a project well planned out can save you a lot of time, frustration, and money. Having complete documentation of your work will enhance the value of your finished project bike. This notebook provides a tool you will need to plan and keep track of every aspect of each bike project; past, present and future. It also gives you a place to keep track of all of those great sources of parts, people, services and events you find and depend upon as you go making it a valuable tool for each new project. The notebook will also provide a convenient way to keep track of the money you spend on each project and will even help you track of the important maintenance of your bikes.
