Keep up the good work.

i was wrong, they aren't shinko 705's, they are kenda K761's.

Tires are k761, nice looking and super cheap. I've heard mixed reviews on performance, but for $120, I took a gamble :).

That is actually a parts car for my daily, which I am about to get rid of. It's a Cressida, which is basically like a rear-wheel drive Camry with Supra internals. I loved that car, but got rear-ended leaving work last year. I bought an identical car to replace it and swapped all my parts over, but it's not the same somehow, so I'm thinking of selling it and moving on to a new project. Here's some pics of it before I totaled it... and afterward, lol.

whaaat, i've never even heard of one of those! that thing was sweet though! a rear wheel drive camry with supra internals...sounds like a blast, haha. shame about the rear end :/

Neither did I up until a few weeks ago, read all about them and I'm definitely getting one when I have enough money. MX32's scream classy. Sorry about yours.

I had an mx32, it was a piece of shit, but I had one, lol. I kinda wish I never got rid of it :(

i've been really digging datsun's for about a year now, but i was unaware of all the other cool old jap cars!! i would LOVE to own a 510 someday...

and a 620...

sorry to take this thread in a different direction! i'll stop.

Lol, I had a 521 pickup, and my brother just sold his 510s and his 620, lol. He had a '69 2door with bubble flares and a '70 wagon. You always end up dealing with cancer and high prices when it comes to datsuns, but they're worth it!

ah, you're killing me! i'm totally jealous. why'd you and your brother end up selling??

oh, and another killer, these are for sale, each within 2 hours of me...

this is further, but i'd make the drive for it...

That first 620 is very nice, looks like the bedhooks have been shaved, cleans it up a lot. The x6 Cressida is cool too. That kid is in japanesenostalgiccar.com, I'm surprised he's selling it, that's his baby.

I always used to buy and sell cars for fun, so I never really had cars for very long. My brother sold his cars to pay some bills and ended up getting a nice jeep with some of the money from those cars.

Admittedly I haven't touched this thing in a few days, but I have an excuse, albeit a half assed excuse. I was throwing it together and noticed the upper triple clamp (the 2nd one I've bought) has a small crack in it. I can't for the life of me find an upper triple that is not fucking cracked, so I got all depressed over it and there the bike sits. I finally nutted up and bought a billet triple from bullitcustomcycle.com. $150, but i've spend nearly that buying broken triple trees, so I'd rather pay the extra $ for a triple that I know is not broken, and is likely not to break either. Oh well, here's a picture of my shame...

Oh, btw, here's one of the few pictures I have of my old m32, in the foreground a pic of my old s13 ;)

Got my engine in today finally. I decided to throw my sidecovers on after I install the motor to avoid scratching them to shit. Should be happening tomorrow. Here's some pics for now.
