Rattling cam chain

Hi all,

When in low low idle (below 1000 rpm) i hear my cam chain rattling.

Can someone tell me how to get to the cam chain tensioner, and how to tension it?

Or should I just install a new cam chain ...

Procedure for adjusting cam chain tension is in the manual. Do you have one? If not, get one. Or just google the procedure.
