RD motor into a CB

Considering swapping an RD250 engine into my CB200.
As far as mounts go, no problem. Ive done many car motor swaps in the past and am comfortable fabbing new mounts. With this bike, the mounts will be the easy part.
The only other concerns are chainline and the frame.
Not too worried about the chainline but more concerned about whether or not the CB frame can handle the extra power. The RD motor will actually weigh less than the CB motor but will make twice the power.

Anyone think this extra power will kill the CB frame over time or nothing to worry about?

Yes. The CB200 frame is crap, to be blunt. The RD frames are basically just factory race frames made fron a heavier tubing.

That said... You should probably just give me your motor. ;)

The CB frames are crap ;D but can they handle twice the power and not die?
Thats the question and probably a question that cant be answered.......since no one has probably wasted their time on such a swap. 8)

They can barely handle the CB motor. NOT A GOOD IDEA

I like this idea. It'll be a bit like a mini-Widowmaker.

Haha, yep...good point.
Shit frame, awesome 2 stroke motor. 8)
1970s Kawasaki engineers wouldve be proud.

Just do it the motor will show you where the frame is weak .if people put the time they spend asking into trying they would be alot better off i stuffed a titan motor in a rd frame. people put big kaw tiples in to rd frames. having said that if you have a rd frame use it
