I'll measure it brother. It's not big, like somewhere in the neighborhood of the size of a quarter where the screw mount is. New they're like $70, and the cheapest single used muffler I can find is in the $100 range. Really don't want to do that to rob a baffle!!! Thanks for the help man. I'll get a for real measurement when I'm in the shop next.

I got ya text man! And I have a set of 350 baffles here, and I know they're way too big. Thanks Brad!

I pulled one and got a measurement. It's roughly 1 1/2" at the mounting point and about 1 3/8" at the core. Sounds like it's too big for what you need.
Probably for the best anyway, as I forgot I had cut them down for less restriction.

It can't be too difficult to duplicate something like that in 1" steel tubing, could it?

Nope, i an pretty sure that would be a simple task, and that's what I'll do if I don't win the entire extra pipe off of Ebay for the $12 bid i have on it. Right now its at $.99. So don't outbid me guys! Dibsies! And I really appreciate you doing that for me man.
