i see alot of guys without rear fenders and i know some are race bikes and dont need plates and signals but for those of you who are riding street bikes what have you done with your plate, tailight, and signal? is there a simple bracket you can buy or are you guys fabbing stuff up? i really like the no fender look but was wondering how to solve the plate and light issue. dont have a welder so making new tabs and what not will pretty much be out of the question. if you have any pics of your setup that would be awesome!
Go to ebay and search "side mount license plate" Find one that the correct size of your axle or shock mount. Some even have lights.
Me im useing a front turnsignal from a Harley. Run and Brake, No turn signals. Look by my back shock, you cant see the plate mount its on but its curved and welded to the frame.
Yes, but I wont... mostly because they only fit my exact tail light and I don't even know what that came off of (I pulled a dirtbike rear fender literally out of the ground and tore the light off of it) but also because selling stuff like that is a huge pain if you can't do it full time and you want to work on your own projects every once in a while
These is them:
from the top left clockwise is the bracket for my Ducati Monster (with registration sticker) then the original full Loudbike sidemount, which I decided was unnecessary, the final one that I made, and one of the other designs. Curves get weird when exporting from Surfcam.
