Rebuilt motor problems - poor compression on a CL350

So I attempted to rebuild a spare motor, and found I had very poor compression. I am at the point where I need this motor since my original was leaking oil badly and also needs to be rebuilt. I have discovered that my talents do not lie in engine rebuilds, so I would like to know if there is a shop that would re-rebuild this motor for me. I am in the KW/Hamilton area, and I hope to get this bike back on the road this summer. Anyone have experience with shops in the area that can finish/correct this rebuild?

Thanks!

Why the bad compression?
Replace rings, hone cylinders, check timing on the stator rotor and the cam chain, check valve timing.
Should be good to go.

First you need to describe what you already did. There are tons of shops who will take $70 / hour and charge you 10 hours labor to take the top end off and put it back together.

Now, sometimes freshly rebuilt engines have lower than optimal compression till rings seat etc. But we need to know what the compression readings are, what parts you replaced, did you do a valve job etc. etc. etc. before offering advice.
