Regulator / Rectifier for Ballistic battery

So, I picked up a ballistic, 4 cell, lithium-ion battery for my cb175.(see my build thread page 7 or so) Somebody mentioned that the stock r/r wouldn't charge the battery properly. Does anybody know what kind of r/r I would need to charge this properly? Links are helpful too. Thanks all!

Before you hook it up, do a test with the existing battery.
Get the bike idling and warmed up.

Measure across the battery terminals with a multimeter. You should see a voltage reading of aroung 12-13VDC.

Now rev the bike halfway to the redline. Hopefully at this point, voltage will be holding at or just under 14V. Rev it up the redline and keep watching the voltage. If you go over 14.2 you may want to consider other options. Anything over 14.5 will cook a lithium ion within a few short months.
