Replica Smiths Gauges for Honda?

does anyone have any leads on full size replica gauges that will work with a standard Honda cable, speedo and tacho? Thinking of putting some gauges on a CB77 to give a British look.

Original size Smiths are a bit large to fit on those narrow forks. There are a lot of smaller individual gauges on ebay that would probably work. They are usually electronic, so that makes things simpler to get ratios etc right. CB77 changed direction on one of teh gauges to make things more complicated. I would suggest replacing the speedo gearbox with a spacer and cap off the tacho drive.

Stroker has a point. Fit a 350 kit and it will seep oil around the spark plug holes for a period look. They had an unusual head design with cast iron skull combustion chamber and oil seeps between the alloy outside and the skull on most 350 conversions.

thanks for that, i like the look of large gauges but maybe set of cb350 ones might do the trick, even cb750 gauges might work.

I always thought a CB72 or CB77 would look much better as a 'mini' Laverda 750 as top end of motors are somewhat similar (Italians copying Japanese as they did with Bennelli 500F)
