Rotary attachment for drum lining?

Hi all,

This is the state of the rear Comstar I got with a bundle of other bits and wondering how to clean it up proper.

The wire wheel on my power drill won't fit all the way. I got half way in and this was the result...

I'd like to get the Dremel on it but not sure what the best attachment would be? I used these ones....

but within seconds the wire had disappeared leaving me just an empty shaft. Anyone have any better ideas please?

You can use some wd40, scotchbite green pad, sand paper and some elbow grease, it should come out preatty good!
