Hi Guys,

I found a picture on the net of an awesome drilled CB750 rotor/ brake disk.

However I cannot find the drilling pattern anywhere, and I'm not skilled to make my own.

Does anybody have this pattern by coinsidence ?
Or can someone make it for me ?

I would be most thankfull for that

The pattern is a set of holes every 30 degrees. Get a protractor from Staples or Office depot or even Wally World, use a sharpie and mark off 30 degree increments around the disc, then use the same technique to do whatever pattern suits you.

Hope this helps.

Yep. Laying out that, or any other pattern, isn't as difficult as it sounds. Actually drilling the holes is the real pain in the ass. Do a search on this site for "brake rotor templates" there are a couple threads with some links that may help you out even more!

The pattern looks easy indeed , but it is a pain in the ass.
Can't get it right.

Now counted the degree lines and came to 48! Which is a 7,5degree pattern.....
With a double hole every 4th line.....

Agree ?

Or am i totally lost ?

Got it !

That was it !
7,5 degrees ! duh, need to see this as a 4 hole pattern, instead of a 5 hole, as they are double at the end / beginning.

Then centered the brake area, en put 2 lines per cm above and below, and tadah a 5 hole swirl pattern like the abbove picture.

Now could anybody make this in a digital format ?

The disc is 296mm, the brake erea 56mm
took the middle of the brake area, and put a line there, and on 10 and 20mm

Than the degreees lins per 7,5 degree
