I can't wait to ride down to this. I've been dreaming of 421 through Indiana/Kentucky. 3 hours of pure bliss.

I went for a fun little ride today...well as fun as a straight boring illinois road can get.

Im ready, Im ready, Im ready.

OK guys. I got a favor to ask any brothers who may be attending from Canada. If it would be possible to bring me a fistfull of Cubans? Any help w this would be greatly appreciated.

Americans can bring habanos into the US now. Maybe someone in the US has some too. ;)

Trek a buddy of mine is going to Cuba early May 7-14 If I can get him to grab me a box I'll shoot over to Maine and mail them to Logan to have for y'all at the thaw.

LOL. one of the OZ members a few years ago Map quested the directions to Barber and it was pretty funny, showed the route from his place to the coast, then said "Get in Kayak, Paddle XXXXX KM's" then showed the route from the NA coast the rest of the way.

I will make it to Barber or Thaw one day, give it a few years but I will come, bike and all.

Even if I have to kayak...

You will be well taken care of, brother. Make it happen.

Might have to start looking into shipping... I wonder how much a bike and a big enough bag to fit a 6'1 man would be....

Brodie, you can actually book passage on freighters in a cabin. crate the bike, put it on the same ship as you and then ride from the port to Barber, you just need enough days off as it is like a week I think. My sister has done that and it is pretty cheap. other way is to pay to have the bike flown on the same plane as you, Air Canada has started that here and I bet Aus Airlines must too.

Might be worth looking into boating it over. I don't trust QANTAS to fly my bike over water.

I get 5 weeks off a year, so there is no problem there. Now to convince the better half that letting me loose is a safe thing to do.

Ha I will work on that Jenn, I had her on the back of my Z50A and she was stressing. She isn't a fan of driving let alone riding.

That's the thing Brodie, at Barber there is always cages around to carry the non-riders in and out of the park, to and from Kiley's
