I had to get rid of my air compressor when I left TX but I have my pressure washer and it looks like i can use it to wet-sand or soda-blast using this? Thought?
Thanks, I think soda is an option as there is a limit on the amount of sodium that can dissolve in water... once you get past this threashold the water would be saturated with soduim and additional sodium would be carried in the water but remain intact as there are no exposed hydrogen nuclei for it to bind to... would involve filling the pressure washer tank with a lot of sodium though... hmm
just came across this post, The media that you would be using to blast with doesn't go into the pressure washer. The wand goes into a bucket containing the media and the nozzle is a venturi and the media is drawn out as the water from the pressure washer passes the venturi. You would not have any issues with corrosion in the pressure washer.
Thanks - it's been a while but I think my mind was just wondering if you could bypass this and put the media in the pressure washer reservoir, like you do with soap when washing a car, but clearly this would have an adverse effect on the pressure-washer pump..
