Seat loops;

Bent several the other day

1" OD x 14 ga(.083)

12" legs, seemed like that's what everyone wanted

7 1/8" - 7 1/4" outside to outside, realize 1" is pretty easy to spread and you can go a ways before it makes the bend look goofy

My bender die is a fixed radius. If you want them narrower or wider have to split and reweld the tube which I can do for an additional cost.

Right now I have enough to do that need narrowed/widened. Guys that have already contacted me I'll do. Until those are done only selling off the bender loops.

$30 + freight. Can ship this week

Paypal or mail a check.

Made my narrowing/widening jig today. Not really a jig per se just something to measure from.

Little tutorial;

OSB is just for a uniform surface, two pieces of angle, all they have to be is straight and square to one another

It also lets you find things like this. This leg's 1/32" shorter than the other. Not critical, just nice to know and have a way to measure

So then I put a couple dinks in a loop like Saucer asked. Without splitting them this is what I can do;

Center of the bend is approx 4" from bike end of the leg, gives about 1 3/8" extra clearance at loop end

Gonna need $40 for the ones bent like this

I'll jump on the thread resurrection bandwagon. Are you still doing these? I could really use one of these.
