She runs....and no leaking carbs!

After meeting Jim at the Ice House Sunday morning and seeing all the old bikes there I found some motivation to get my heap running. I sheepishly admit that with my recent engagement and the purchase of a house the Honda kind of fell to the back burner. But not anymore; I filled the tank, fired it up, and tore off down the road. Granted, my ominous thoughts of making two blocks from home and having to push the heap back in this heat made my little juant somewhat trepidacious but old Honda technology prevailed and I was scooting around for about half an hour.

Here's the thing; it doesn't run quite right. The idle isn't great and there's a hesitation in the low revs. I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me a hand, and maybe the tools and skills too, to get it running semi decent. I've never sync'd carbs before and it's been over twenty years since I've had to deal with points and condensers. Any help would be great. Thanks a bunch.
