How exactly oes one go about obtaining exactly half of one garage?

one ends up with half a garage when the landlord thought it would be a better idea to have a 3 bedroom house with half a garage, than a 2 bedroom house with a full size garage... sucks to be me..

Might as well be. 6 foot wide, 6" thick 69 foot long rolls of metal building insulation.

I insulated and installed heat 15 years ago. Man is it worth it. Its a nice place to be when its 10 degrees outside. And the girls start getting cabin fever back in the house !!!
ALSO, after I posted pics of my garage...I got that trash bag, spent an hour and filled er up. Took me 2 hours of searching to start finding the tools I needed for the toolbox mod!!!

my garage is never clean but I just repainted my floor after a few years of torture. I thought I'd snap some pics while it still looks good. It got me thinking. I'd love to see some shops/houses of worship/stables/man caves etc. Throw up some pics!

Living in a 2nd floor studio apartment has been quite difficult. I have a nice deck but it rained all summer and I was tired of having to bring everything inside when it did. Over the past few months my apartment has been transformed into a garage, I didn't mean for it to go this far but it has. My girlfriend prefers to stay at her house :

How it was... Just starting bringing things in, it ended up like this.

A couple of days ago I started to think of a different layout, decided to pretty much flip the room around. My lighting in here sucks and I wanted to have the windows closer for more natural light. I'm still in the process of rearranging everything.
