Shop/Warehouse space needed.

Somewhere in the Beaver Co area preferred. Myself, and a few others need to find a nice sized shop space for bike work, art studio, etc...

If anyone knows of anywhere PLEASE let me know asap. It can be an old garage, part of a warehoue, back or a storefront, etc.

Only requirements are that is reasonably priced, secure, and has elec.

Mike.....i can't help you with your search right at the moment but i'll ask around.........here's a story tho that makes me excited and sad. a few years back we got a call to do some renovation drawing for a woman in the Quip-town. she bought three buildings downtown for just under 15 grand. 5 g's a pop! basically for two years of taxes owed! anyhow i was a little wary over doing this work knowing we were probably going to get stiffed(we did). but we went ahead and helped her out. she gave me a set of keys to get into them(still have the keys!). they were all connected on the interior. anyhow, one of them was an old car dealership, three floors, steel framed(American Bridge) brick exterior with terrazzo floors. it had a auto lift that you pulled into from the back street and could drive straight through into the ground floor showroom or take the cars into the basement or up to the second floor where the service area was with all the lifts.....or you could take them up to the roof where they washed the cars! the F'ing thing still worked. i got to crawl over that entire building built like a brick shithouse! and i wanted it right then and there. 13000 or so square feet for 5 grand! the ultimate loft apartment....all it needed was a new roof, 5,000 sq ft at 3 bucks a square foot and she woulda been solid, plus you could drive right into your living room!

That my friend is my dream home. Ive been trying to convince the wife to let me buy an old industrial building that I can convert into a combined living/shop space. Unfortunatly around here that type of building is rare. Why didnt you buy that place man?
