Short headlight ears?

I'm hunting for these short head light ears I see on a lot of Japanese bobbers. Source would be great; if not, I guess I'll start on trying to fab them.

Those look like accesory or exhaust clamps. I thought about using a set to mount a headlight, but I'm not that far along on the current project.

While not exactly the same, Ceriani (sp?) style ears are short.

Just be sure you have clearance for your headlight bucket being closer to your frame.

Clearance shouldn't be an issue- it's an aftermarket 5 inch bucket

So something like this?

Check out the $50 mod thread. Twistedwheelz did a write up on some brackets he made from aluminum he bought at home depot. I made a very short set for my cb750 and they polished up nicely too. Use stainless hardware as well.

Found it- thanks, Deviant!

That's it! Post up some pics when you're done. I had to make two sets b/c my first set was too short for the bucket to clear the tubes.
