That looks awesome! Got any pictures of the build or the inside? I'm trying to do pretty much the same thing on my bike and I'd really be interested to see how you got it built.
 
CB550F seat starts life as an ABS base pan with urethane foam for shaping.

Just saw this post...sorry it took so long to get back to you. The is tank is off a '65-68 CB450 KO "Black Bomber"...
 
I cant claim the credit for this, I fixed a heating boiler for an upholsterer , he took this

1st time laying fiberglass, hump formed from florist foam, body filler and hand sewn cover made from a $9 fugly 80's leather jacket from the thrift store:
