Skyteam Ace 125 fuel tank, seat, footrest, brake pedal and gear shift conversion

Hi all. I own an Ace 125 and was considering the following conversions. As much as I love it I just want to make it easier to go out on rides with a pillion passenger. has anyone attempted these changes or has anyone got any idea how to implement them? I need a longer seat and shorter fuel tank. If you look at the pictures attached the seat fitted seems to be from an Ape/Cobra machine, the fuel tank though I cannot possibly recognise. I'm considering having a go fitting the footrest from a Cobra 50 but don't know if it bolts on, then obviously the gear lever from the same which should fit as the engine is the same and possibly the rear brake pedal assembly. The only obvious issues could be the exhaust that may have to be slightly re-routed. Any tested ideas are more than welcome.

Welcome to the forum!

I don't think this type of conversion has been attempted by anyone here, so you are in unknown territory.

One necessary change for a two-up bike would be to replace the woefully inadequate rear shocks!

Crazy

Suus customs here in aus do a flat seat, it will be a bit longer. I'm going to be heading down that path at some stage. But a question on having a passenger.. Is it legal? Or is there a restriction on the bike? It would be soo slow!

The bikes here in Victoria are Solo registed so you cant take pillions , the only way to make it legal would be to get it rechecked for the rego to get a non solo rating.
im not sure of the other states.

Solo In Sa means motorbike. Not single rider, just not sidecar. Agricultural cycle is the only class that has a single seat proviso
