sl350 clutch issues

The bike from Hell won't stop giving me grief!
I rode the bike down to my buddies shop to pick up my truck.
I put the bike in the back, set it in gear and straped it down. I get home and the clutch won't disengage the gear. I get it out of the truck and adjust the clutch. Now it won't engage. I shift it into gear and nothing happens. I hear the shifter click when I shift up it down but no resistance when I let the clutch out. Any thoughts?

is the clutch properly adjusted?did the ball fall out of the adjuster. has the shifter mechanism disengaged from the drum,has the plate loosened off the drum and a pin fallen out(seen that happen),,,,,,good luck
