So-Cal riders

I'm in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa. Bike is apart at the moment, but still runs. Once I get her back together I'm down to do a cruise. I have a CB900 SS.

you guys want help wrenching or just moral support give me a shout. i like seeing peoples projects. i also saw a list on Craigslist about thurs vintage bike nights at Knowlwoods in Anaheim. not sure if I'm going this week, but maybe the next. just went on a ride last sun to some super fun empty roads.

In the great windy city of fontana in the i.e . Heres my project I'm wrenching on and is coming together slowly . Does any one know of any other bike swap meets beside the one in long beach? Id also like to join a club or go for some rides if there are any other riders in the i.e or san berdo county

that looks good. ill have to read through your build. tail looks well made. i wish i knew of some other swap meets. even the LBC one is mostly Harley stuff. like i said, I've been going on rides on sat or sun. send me a PM with your number or email or something and ill let you know if I'm going for a ride. that goes for anyone in the area.
cheers
Josh

sounds good bud i will definitely send you a pm but as of right now my bike is non operating at the moment and is sitting on a chair a jack stand and its front forks as I'm waiting for a bunch of parts to come in (rotors, sprockets, exhaust, shocks, chain, brake pads). Yah the LBC blows i was disappointed when i went there to find out it was just boring harelys there with cheap made in china parts :'(

Hey hey So-Cal riders...

So I'm currently looking for a project bike. I would like to stay with a Honda, and actually what I'm really looking for is a CB350 twin... I've been keeping an eye out of r decent price on craigslist... Since I plan to put a lot of money into it, I don't want it to cost too much from the get go... I was just reading through this post and it looks like not too many people are happy with the Long Beach swap meet... anyone have any other good ideas for picking up a cheap starter... I'm in Los Angeles by the way.

Thanks

look up a user on here chris73cb175 or something or other. try the Honda build list. i sold him a CL350 twin awhile back. perfect candidate for hacking. maybe he still has it, maybe he wants to part with it? its a start. super nice guy. last know address was long beach.

I've never been to this, but I'm going to try to go tomorrow

anyone else?

holy shit thanks for that flyer spikes. Finally something I've been looking for. I go to the long beach swap meet always hoping to fins something and I'm always disappointed

don't worry you didn't miss anything this week. maybe if we convince everyone we know with a bike to show up. the Beach Burgers on 2nd Sun in HB is much better.

I'm in San Fernando (will be relocating to OC soon though) and would be down for a meet sometime. Gotta get the wiring done on my project, but after that I'm game for whatever.

This Sunday is the OC vintage bike meet. come down. couple cool vintage bikes and some interesting newer bikes as well.

It's a great meet, I'm not sure if I'll be home in time to go. I'm going to see Meatloaf on Sat. night.
