So who's going to the Toronto Motorcycle Show? Dec 7-9

Lets start planning - I wouldn't mind going. Next year we should get a booth and put some bikes on display.

Why not get a booth at the SuperShow in January? Clubs receive free booths. The January Show is more for clubs and riding. The December show is put on by the bike manufacturers (MMIC) and is geared towards new stuff.

I am only going to the Dec show because the CVMG wanted two of my bikes. I usually don't bother with this one.

If you want a booth I will give you the contact info.
 
Sure - we might be able to get some people together for January. Wouldn't mind having the contact info so I can sort out details.
 
I will also be attending with a couple friends (some of you have met Karen and Marc already) on the Sunday.

Set a meet up point?

ya may as well ask me to go to a Chopper show...Id rather be be getting my wisdom teeth pulled w/o any "freeze"

Id rather that than you guys sticking me on a snow board and pushing me down a hill!!, or dragging me to a "power-ranger" convention!!
 
Hey, the VRRA has a booth there too. Ian's picking up some XS650 carb boots from me tomorrow to put on his bike which will be at the show.
 
I will be at the show each day working for Suzuki of Newmarket...

Sure thing Elaine... I'll make sure to pack my chain-breaker. Make sure you leave a couple bikes gassed up and we can make a break for it down the stairs and out the front doors... Enduro bikes would be good so we wont have trouble in the snow.

Not much I really want to go to the show for, but it's always nice to drool over the new stuff.

A venue like that is no place for any respectable Cafe Racer or DoTheTon member!!.. ;D... But fine.. I'll go, but let the record show that I initially refused to go, that I'm not a willing participant in this venue and I will be attending grudgingly against my will. I'll be wearing our DoTheTon colours proudly and arrogantly!!

Contact Bar Hodgson at bar@supershowevents.com. Tell him about the club and what you want to display. You would be a good fit for hall 4A with all us other vintage types.
 
so what time is everyone meeting? Im taking the GO train in, cuz I don't want to deal with parking. leaving Clarkson Go and getting off at Union. Anyone else coming from Mississauga?

..... hmm... getaway sounds good.. wonder if they are bringing down
