I'm relocating the coil on my 1980 SR250 and need to lengthen or purchace a longer spark plug wire....This is probably much easier than I think but whats the best route in acheiving this?
Make sure the wire can be unscrewed from the coil first. Probably 7mm (measure it ) so should be readily available. And don't let it rest on the engine where it can melt.
Yes it comes off the coil....The only wire I can find locally sold by the foot is 8mm.... Is splicing the wire a crazy idea? Or could 8mm work even tho the original is 7mm??
