Very cool Mentat. You have a chair reserved at the DTT booth and of course you are more than welcome to pry your wares there if you would like.
 
Oh, and I think we have a tent local, so nobody needs to haul one. I have a folding plastic (six foot) picnic table that folds in half so it will fit in a car with a couple chairs.

Cool, it doesn;t look good for me making it, my passport is till in Ottawa for renewal and they are apperantly backlogged and taking 5 weeks to process, I sent it 3 weeks ago. I was really hoping to get to make this.
 
That sucks Mike! Maybe next month we can have a small weekend gtg for the Pitt area folks and you can swing down.
 
That would be cool. I am actually off on Aug 22-26 and depending on funds was thinking of packing the wife and son up and heading south....if my passport comes in. We could come visit a few of you guys and Troy too if he isn't too crazy busy. Won't be on 2 wheels but would be fun anyway to see you guys again before Barbar. If it comes together I will PM the bunch of yinz's

There will be a tent and DTT banner. I already paid for all of that.

As far as the meet-up, Id like to, yes. Nobody other than you has really shown interest in it though.

Sorry, Von. after I pulled the trigger on the reply, I saw the confusion. Yes, it was about the meet-up, if it was happening. No prob if it doesn't,, but I agree with you, it'd be nice to see us all coming in all at once.

Doug, let me know if you or Jim need help with anything, even if it means holding down the fort while you go check out some bikes. Von, you too.
 
I plan on bringing at least one bike down in the truck. If I get the trailer legal, I will be bringing at least two.......and the plan is for my wife to be there so she can help hold down the fort if I do meet up with yinz to ride in.
 
Ya, I have to be there early to set up the DTT tent and help Doug and Jim if yinz need it. Im not 100% sure what time Ill have to be there exactly, but I was hoping to set up, ride out and meet w everyone somewhere while the wives/friends/whoever watched the tent for 15 min or so. Being in Bloomfield theres a bunch of places 5-10 min away we could meet at and ride in together. Or not. Either way, Im looking forward to seeing everyone!
 
first i want to commend von on all his efforts for DTT and this event.

mike, if u need some help on cash for the rental space let me know. i have red hair and will pay anything for shade on a hot day

PARKING
we can use my companies lot if needed. 28th and liberty. about 12 blocks from the event.
its about a 1/2 a football field big. 40 spaces or so.

i will need to know in advance to clear it with the owners
 
Wow! Real nice of ya Beard to offer a place to stay! Can't say I'd do the same! Seems we got a really nice clan, here, at DTT.

not that bad...
have a collie/shiba mix shes 45lbs and a collie/yelllow lab she will be about 65lbs
