steel covers for wheels

A 400+ pound motorcycle isn't going to be tossed around like a skinny spandex monkey on 15 pound bicycle.
That CB250 looks badass!

Damn but they have got expensive.
Only used to be about $50.00 a set of 4 for 'moondiscs'
I had them o one of my 'Beetle's' (painted fluorescent orange with 'smiley' faces) :)

man if you can metal roll the edges to give it some regitity that would be perfect, even a bead would work!

I have driven a few fatboys with those wheels on the highway and they SUCK! Every gust of wind and every truck that passes you pushes you into the next lane over. I am not sure that I would willingly put them on a bike..

I've got to agree you will not like them on super windy days. Especially gusty day because correcting for the wind gets to be annoying after the first time. My friends dad has a harely with what all most look like semi wheels. I let him ride my bike and road his I couldn't wait to give it back. I felt like I was leaning in for a fast corner trying to correct for the wind. Idk though just my two cents around town yes highway no

Maybe we just don't get WIND here in Oregon, I could certainly see it being an issue where you get wacky wind gusts...pretty calm here as far as wind goes.

Whatever...ride what works for you and have fun with it!
