Been Around the Block
Hey hows it going guys my name is brandon. Im from sunny southern california . Im a young gun(19) trying to make a cafe from a 1978 cb750 f and my dad also has a 1977 cb750k. I just picked up this bike today for a great price with a rebuilt engine and carbs and other stuff that was worked on and the whole shee bang. I just rode the bike today and it ran like a champ. I just wanted to see if anyone has had the exact bike or exact color and tank decals. Im not to fond of the black and was thinking of getting the oil cover painted that nice royal blue that the cb550's have. Also i got an extra set of rims since i don't like these dorky ones that came with the bike (got an extra set of wire rims) . I just wanted to see if you guys thought this bike had potinetal because i sure did. I think all this bike needs to get it that cafe look is some new tires,fresh powder coated rims,new seat, maybe a new tank , new clubman handle bars or clip on and some new mirror and lights and some work to the fenders and this bad boy is good to go.
