For carb rebuild kits, try Sirius International in Kitchener ON - they claim to be the carb kings of the world.
A lot of the 380 parts are similar / same as other bikes in the Suzuki line of the same vintage - points, coils, condensers, rims, brakes, etc.
Some engine parts are a little dodgier to get as are some of the body parts.
Example: for the little plastic gear that drives the ignition points breaker cam, I had to buy the whole sidecover from a wreckers to get it. If you need new pipes, I'd say good luck - and the stockers weigh a ton anyway.
Depends what you want to do - cafe or restore. Don't think I have much that would fit your bike, but when you figure out what you need and what you want to do with the bike, drop me a line.
