Read this yesterday, man would I love access to these kinds of toys/tools, I'd be building all kinds of cool crap. If I win the lottery, I getting hooked up to do this, go to whatever school(s) I need to learn etc.

I used to do that "3D printing" they're talking about. I'm curious what machine and process they used, as there are a lot of different one's available.

we had a 3d printer at school here in austin that was really fun to play with and really easy as long as you know solidworks or the other mech design programs. we built a functioning motor that was pretty cool. love to have one haha
