Tank Stripe Suggestions

I'm going with a satin black tank and seat, and want to have high gloss stripes down the tank.
I would like to have a pair off offset stripes, similar to JayDecator's scheme.

My issue is the CB750F tank tapers from front to back.
It seems like offset stripes would look terrible with the contour of the tank.
Any suggestions?

i have the same tank . its an ok tank but i would like to change the covers and tank in the future but as the stripe i dont think it would work with the groves/contours of the tank. I would like to have my tank painted this color with the gold trim filling it up with the black
