Has anyone else bought from these guys????? I purchased some parts some months back and have yet to receive them. I received the confirmation email saying the money was sent but that is all. I understand one of the parts was on back order so i have taken that into account but really WTF. I sent numerous emails asking what the deal was with no response. I called them within a reasonable time frame for them to receive the back ordered parts and was told they had come in and would be shipped within the next few days. Another month and NO F'ing parts. Sorry to vent but was hoping to get them on the bike so i could finish off the season on the beast. The girl friend doesn't understand so i vented here.

I've ordered a set of shorty eye-to-clevis shocks from these guys back in SEPTEMBER! I sent numerous email with no reply. I finally called last month and the got back to me with a tracking number from a package that was shipped over a month ago. I called UPSP, but they need to shipper to call in to put in an investigation on the missing shipment. I emailed TAS and with no reply.
I have never had such poor service in my life. Their communication, or lack-there-of is appalling.
well, I hate to be the fly in the ointment, but I've had quite a few (ebay) parts from them, the last of them bought on the 2nd Jan, and it turned up today, the 10th. I'm happy with that, what, being in Australia and all
Always been good to me. Maybe their ebay store is an exception??
I purchased several small items from them and paid right away. About three weeks later I received a notice from eBay saying that the goods had been shipped that day. I wrote them and said it was unacceptable to hold payment for three weeks before shipping unless something wasn't in stock, in which case the should have told me. No response so I left negative feedback after the goods came two weeks later. Then they blocked me.
I hear the same story from forum to forum. Really. I live here in the Hoosier and not to far from Wabash and I will not order from them. In fact if your familiar with cafe racer ypsi in Mich, there is a picture of a letter of complaint written to the Indiana Better Buisness Bureau. I cant believe the amount of complaints against them, that Feebay hasnt cancelled their account. I do support hoosier buisnesses and that why I use crc in Indy. Their service is impecable and they have a easy website to navagate in. I needed drag bars for my cl,they were sold out getting them in on a Wed. and my order was shipped that Wed. complete and in my hands by Sat. that same week. Also their shipping is actual cost and not inflated by packaging and handling.
