I dont know were you are located, but believe it or not, I buy single o-rings for carb drain screws, etc..etc... at Canadian Tire.
The CDN Tire on Queessway has a section that you can buy individial o-rings of different sizes for pennies...just bring your old o-ring to match...

if your in the US homedepot has a bunch of little rubber o-rings in there plumbing department. Also mom and pop hardwares store sometimes have lot of those odds and ends parts that will work.

I've tried that route but the throttle slide adjustment screw has rings that are darn near microscopic.

Will check once more, though.
