The Craigslist Steal: 1974 Honda CB350F

Live long and prosper.
Picked up this little gem today for $150. Hasn't been on the road since 94 and has been stored indoors ever since. Has good compression and a title so I definitely wasn't going to turn it down. The initial picture he sent me of the bike made the bike look decent but when I saw the bike in person I was extremely happy with it. Going to try and keep it mostly original. Definitely going to get some new shocks, bars, exhaust, and freshen up everything. Here are some pictures I snapped after I got it home. The first picture is the picture I was originally sent of the bike.

Well... That was quite the bargain. Now dont go getting crazy and cutting it up. That would certainlynbe a shame. ???

Hey, I'm the first guy on the block that likes to modify stuff, but in the case of your epic score, I'd say, move this thread to the Restoration Board and have at it.
If I ever found a 350/4 in half as good shape, that's what I'd do; the one I once owned was horribly afflicted with the DPO syndrome before I got it, though the guy who bought it from me was adamant he was restoring it.
Now, if it was some low dollar POS starting point like almost all of my modified bikes have been, I'd say, "chop away, Pal!"
Hope you keep the 4 into 4 pipes, but get rid of that sissy bar, man...
Have fun with your ride. Great score.

... and don't do some half assed exhaust like the Black Iron Pipe shit the PO had done to mine!!! ::)
