the seat pan continues to throw me off, i understand the slope up to the front of the tank, but it just doesnt look right for my eyes.. even though the tail isnt actually sloping downward, im constantly thinking it is. just my two pennies. awesome build though man, im sure either way its going to look sweet.

You really don't have the vision Bradj does.

He is using the Steam Punk BMW posted elsewhere on this site for inspiration. When he puts the horse saddle on the seating area, you will see it all come together..... ;D

Maybe when he upholsters the seat, it will look more "together"...

Haha I talked my self outta most of it no pictures tonight but I was given another stock 400 tank from von that is getting left alone. So I wanted to have it painted along with the tail so I could put the needed time into body work and sealing on the long tank. this creates a problem due to the way these tanks mount so I built an adjustable rail that has holes for both tanks. now I can switch at will from premix to the pump the tail is welded fast and ill build two different pans for the tank lengths

Check it

Seat frame and sides done. a flat plate will bolt to this, ill build two. a short and long one for the different tanks. i know its not ideal to make your seat hump part of the frame but if its ever a damaged in a wreck ive got bigger problems
