THE RD FROM HELL

As a fat person I am offended.

Nah I don't get offended easy at all. Looks good. Good thing your dad can paint. Be a shame for all that fab work to get all ugly at the end.

Damn man, a Swedish chef with crawfish in his hand. Is he a member here?

Coming along nicely MR! 8)
How many smokers do you have Brad?
I Had to sell my Rm 465 and my Kawa s2 350 3 weeks back because of a finance crisis.(x-woman)
You dont have a titled rd 350 frame and engine you could get rid of?
If so i will check out shipping and shit!
Keep up the great job.

This rd a rd that I swapped a Titan motor into and a Titan I'm restoring for my dad. also me and vonyinzer share a few to many rd motors to support our bikes

Ok. i am hungry for a "new" smoker u see!
We got only the younger versions of rd´s in my part of the world 84- ,but quite many, but i want a vintage one.
I am going to look at a gt 250 and a rd 250 next monday,so i am hoping that the yam is nice, its a 78 wich is a non runner because of melted pistons, but the price is doable "only" 800 bucks here in my hood.
You mentioned in another post that it was "a walk in the park" to swap the barrels for a 350 setup, right?
In my gs post i have a pic of a collection of newer smokers wich a friend of mine has collected over the years..... Im jealous!
So if i get that 250 you got the barrels to pump it up 100cc?
Thanx in adwance and keep up the good work,i really like your style/work.
Cheers Jorgen

350 barrels drop on. Bottom end is the same. Primary gearing is different but that's OK. you MAY need longer studs for the taller barrels but usually not. Heads have to be machined for a the different squish band. Carbs are OK up to about 60HP or so. Easy peasy and new 350 barrels are being cast and machined in India, so it's easier than ever.

The studs are in fact shorter by enuff that the will bolt on and tighten down but ive seen a few pull the row or two of threads on the nut after a while of running

I like how you photoshopped his exact paint scheme down to the graphics on a t-shirt ;)

No problem.
You want a miller light? Or would you like to maybe try a man's beer this time?
