These are my under $45 rearsets

A hacksaw would be fine to cut rearsets; that's what I used. Make sure you buy a good blade because it makes all the difference in the world.

I have no idea if a hacksaw would work for seat hump. It might. A $20 angle grinder from Harbor Freight and some 1/16" cut-off wheels would work much better.

Re: These are my under $45 rearsets With Plans

OK, so I finally scanned in my rearsets. I posted these on my website for entertainment use only. If you print the scan of the rearsets, I expect you do so for entertainment purposes only. This are my design and appropriate for my 1969 Honda CL350. You do not have my permission to manufacture these for resale.

Do not repost these plans or any website. Again, these are my plans; leave them on my website. If someone is interested, link to my website.

Whew! Sorry about everything above. When one has a family, one does his best to make sure they are protected.

WOW, what a coincidence, I have two aluminum plates in my car's trunk that are a perfect match for your rearsets plan.

--Cheers, Chris

this topic is super old but chris if you still have the photos could you repost them please. 45 bucks for some rearsets cant beat that

Let me look around an see if I still have them. Even better: check out Herm's thread. He took what I did and made them even better. I recommend his solution.

--Thanks, Chris
