things that make me grumpy

Paying $$$ up front for some fab work on my bike and keep being told...super busy...we will have it done next week...and again...super busy...we will have it done next week...our ac went out...gonna be a couple more days. 3 weeks now and no bike. Just trying to help out a friends small machine shop...God dammit Im tired of being nice and giving people the benefit of doubt. Me being a huge asshole is about to start in 5...4...3...2...

Refund time. Friend's shop or not. You don't screw a client and you especially don't screw around your friends.

Yeah...gonna give it till Sunday. Thankfully its a project bike and not my daily. Just wish people could be straight up...that's all.

Living in a regressive county in a progressive state. It's like the fuckin fifties around here, except without any of the good stuff.

Sadly enough, but hopefully they can make the "sacrifice" to their company, if its even considered one, and correct there mistake. That's a bad situation.

Having to ask myself if receiving parts for my bike in the mail that are packaged in a KOTEX tampon box warrants a negative feedback for the eBay seller.

I'd do a positive feedback and just put that in the description to embarrass him/her haha

That's hilarious!!
I've never sent anything like that, but I know for a fact that people have opened packages from me and said "WTF?!" lol

I use envelopes and packing from junk mail to stop things sliding or rattling around when I send various parts to people
It's almost recycling

When my relief and another watch can't use a excel stability program and some how screws things up so bad I have to do the whole damn thing by hand to figure out where the broken code is... That makes me grumpy and slightly pissed off. And this is just the FIRST one, they somehow jacked up the master voyage plan excel program! I mean they both have directions IN the spreadsheets!

What. The. Fuck.

Are you guys seriously still doing that kinda stuff in Excel? The 90s were like 20 years ago, man. My software development rates are reasonable. Lemme know. ;D

Haha! Man are you telling me! I wish the office would not be a bunch of tight asses and pay to have our vessels outfitted with a legitimate stability program. This excel one is nice until some dumbass deletes or overwrites something that they shouldn't. As soon as I fix it I'm protecting the entire thing so they can't mess anything up... Again. But if they ever decide to get one, I'll drop your name!

Ronnie,
There is simple VBA code that will hide the ribbon and tool bars in excel. Protect the cells and hide the tools from the douche's.

Yup.
You can program it with a button dothat when they click the wrong thing it says "don't even think about it ass hole"
I did one one for a class once where you filled in all the cells and then there was a button that said "auto format" and when you clicked it it erased all the cells and a dialogue popped up saying "sucks to be you" haha
