Wait, you mean the guy didn't want to hold it for somebody he doesn't know, with no deposit, after you told him by email you'd be there in a few days?!?!

Jeez, the nerve of some sellers ::)
 
First with cash or a hefty nonrefundable deposit- the only way to roll.

Too many times I have heard, "I'll take it, can you hold it? I am good for it." Then they fall off the face of the earth, even folks you know!
