I've seen similar seats but that one is really clean and well done, not sure on the hoop to tire clearance though
 
I have done 2 seats one cafe one 2 up that swapped out but it would be nice to do the little cover and always have the 2-up option with the bike.
 
Maritime, I have two seats for my bike as well. This is neat, but I'm not going to be redoing my seat anytime soon. I'm pretty happy with the current setup. It's like a two minute deal to switch them with no tools required.

That's what I had 2 sets of factory latches one on each seat. took 30 seconds to change then out.
