Recently installed VM32s on my cl450. Everything went great on the install and it runs like a chap but the throttle is unbelievably tight. I can only ride the bike for about 20 min before my hand is soar. There is just so much tension when you try and roll the throttle and it barely snaps back. I check the lines and there don't seem to be kinks or pressure points under the tank or any other places. I used the 2-1 cable from DimeCity.
Any suggestions guys? I know this is probably tough to diagnose over the internet.
Also look around the carb caps there is a lil rubber boot that covers a Adjusting nut Loosen them up. There are also small tubes that run off the end of the cables to help Guide cables into the carb cap . Make sure they are seated all the way in because if they aren't it will bind the cable up .
One other thing you should have around a 1/8 of a inch give or take of play in the Throttle befor it starts to open the slides !
